Kayla's career has been built across the most respected names in medical aesthetics and skincare — Galderma, Alastin, SkinCeuticals, L'Oréal and Venus Concept — spanning roles in medical device sales, clinic management, brand education and hands-on treatment.
Along the way she's consulted for a number of emerging aesthetic brands, helping launch new categories like exosomes and PDRN into the North American market, and trained practitioners across multiple device and skincare lines.
Years at academies and in clinic — performing treatments across virtually every modality of laser, energy device, microneedling and chemical resurfacing — have given her a rare, end-to-end understanding of skin: the science of what's happening underneath, and the artistry of what shows on the surface.
The Van Skin Room is the distillation of all of it: a private, by-appointment studio where every protocol is prescribed and performed by Kayla herself — no assembly line, no rushed sessions, just considered, results-driven skin work.
